The Iron Bridge Wine Company is offering a chance for ladies to get together and have a party every month and the subject is wine! Wine Clubs have been springing up in major cities around the country. As more and more women have taken to enjoying the comfort and value of wine bars and have started learning about wine and all the nuances that make it interesting, the need for education and tastings have increased. More and more women are taking the time to attend local tastings and events, but for the novice, these get togethers can be intimidating. Thus, the need for the Iron Bridge Ladies Wine Clubs.

Instead of going to an event where the wines may be expensive or where the level of expertise may be overwhelming, the Iron Bridge has designed the clubs to be as wine friendly as their Wine bar/Café is.

Here is how the Clubs work. Interested ladies should get a group of nine friends with similar wine expertise together to sign up as a group. When you have the names together, sign everyone up at the Iron bridge Wine Company. If you are interested, and ask, we can supply you with notes on general information about wines and wine tasting. This will allow everyone in the group to get comfortable with the way wines are handled, some of the terminology and how wines are made. Armed with this overview, you'll be ready to get started.

Every month, the group will call ahead and arrange to pick up their monthly tasting which will consist of 4 to 7 bottles of wine, tasting notes, interesting facts about the wines, and recipes that you and your club members might choose to prepare that will compliment the wines that you are tasting. The notes will tell you and your club what to look for, and will begin to open up new wines and styles of wines to everyone attending. The monthly cost for the club will be $100.00 which makes the individual cost for members $10.00 for a tasting that they can enjoy with friends. Each month will feature a different country, style, or particular vineyard. The "kits" can be picked up with 72 hours notice, and everyone in the club, enjoys 10% off of the bottle price as well as the standard 15% off of a case or mixed case of the wines. The Wine Guys at the Iron Bridge Wine Company are always happy to answer questions and their goal is to make the customer more comfortable with the wonderful world of wine. These fun and educational wine clubs are intended to create a comfort level with all styles of wine at the same time providing a chance for friends to get together and enjoy all the things that make wine so much fun.
